These floors allow a flexible arrangement of office space in modern commercial buildings.

They also enable the design of technical rooms, such as server rooms, switchboards, telephone exchanges, etc. In such rooms power supply, low-current and fire protection systems and many others are hidden under the surface of the raised floor.

Panels

Panels are the most important element of each raised floor. They are responsible for floor’s quality, durability and stability. The material they are made of determines such parameters as reaction to fire, fire resistance, load-bearing capacity and acoustics.

Bearing structure

Depending on the height of the floor and the purpose of the room, it may be:

  • System I – free-standing pedestals
  • System II – pedestals connected with steel crossbars – stringers
  • System III – a grate made of pedestals connected by a screwed steel profile C40/40/2mm
